Brief Description: Left Elevator trim access nut plates
Installed the nut plates that will hold the trim motor access panel. It was a small challange to squeeze some of the nut plate rivets but I was able to get it done.
Next item was marking the bend lines on the trailing edge of the left elevator trim tab area. I took time to try to mark it very accurately....there is a certain apprehension to this because if you mess this up you either end up trying to modify it with riblets or make a new left elevator!!!! Neither of those options were ones I cared to explore......so I called build buddy Jim in Dallas to confirm the process....tabs marked and ready!
