Brief Description: Right Elevator Skeleton

Began working to complete the right elevator by assembling the skeleton. Assembled the spar, ribs and horn. Match drilled all the skeleton to the elevator skin. Assembled and matchdrilled the Elevator Control Horn to elevator.
