Brief Description: Complete VS Prep & Start Right HS

Scuffed Vert Stab hinge brackets, dimpled ribs, spars, and c'snk spars. Removed blue plastic and dimpled VS skin. VS Ready for priming and riveting. Resumed work on Right HS after getting new HS 708 rib (after ruining previous part). Assembled frame. Fit HS 404 & 405.
