Brief Description:  More throttle quadrant, start FAB

Used a small file to slightly elongate the last hole on the bracket that attaches the prop control cable to the governor. Installed all screws and torque to 22” inch pounds per the manual. I may have to get an a&p to safety wire the screws. Callout is for .016 wire—I don’t have any and not going to buy a big spool when I only need a couple of feet of wire. I removed the throttle quadrant (again!) and enlarged the holes some more in the gear tower. I need to make one more trial fitting before it’s on for good. The bulkhead cap will have to be riveted on first, because you can’t get to some of the rivets with the quadrant in place. I got tired of messing with the quadrant, so I began work on the VA-132 filtered air box (FAB). I drew a 2 5/8” circle in location shown on the drawings and cut out with a rotary file, then finished up with a sanding drum. Match drilled the VA-192A air inlet to the FAB.
