Brief Description: Front Map Light Cover, Rear Stick Lockout Switch
Drilled holes in the cover for K1100-06 nutplates and used a deburr tool to put some small countersinks in for the rivets. Used the pneumatic squeezer to dimple both the cover and the bulkhead cap. Cleaned up the cover and shot some primer on it. Squeezed some NAS1097 rivets to hold the nutplates. Was short one nutplate (on order from ACS). Trimmed the rear floor panel along the left edge near the front where I added a small rubber grommet to the longeron. Wires for the rear stick lockout will pass thru this grommet to a small lock lever toggle switch.
