Brief Description: Glass over slide rail, pull ring work
I laid up a couple of pieces of glass across the back of the skirt where it sits over the canopy slide rail. The left side had a gap which I filled with clay to support the glass while it set up. After this cured, I added two more layers of glass. In the evening after the second glass application had cured, I removed the peel ply and sanded to smooth out the rough edges. I marked a center line on the skirt using the slide rail as a guide. I laid a piece of poster board with a cut out in the center for the pull ring on the center line and marked the skirt to cut for the ring. Removed the skirt and cut out the center for the pull ring.
