Brief Description:  Sanding inside of right skirt-2

I made a final sanding of the “test” panel and shot with sanding primer. Looks like something I can live with, so I proceeded to sand the rest of the skirt with 80 grit and heavy elbow grease-followed up with a sanding of 120 grit. Dang this glass is hard! After what seems like weeks of sanding (really 2 days), I applied a coat of Super Fil using a credit card to smooth out any grain left in the glass. I added a small amount of denatured alcohol to the Super FIl to thin it out just a bit. When this dries, I’ll shoot with sanding primer, lightly sand and spray with NAPA primer. For anyone following this log and haven’t started skirts yet, I have one suggestion that I wish now I had done. Sand the entire inside of the skirt to the finish stage before adding the fillets-would make the sanding so much easier.
