I was tired of the bottom edge gap issue, so decided I’d work on the front where the skirt meets the top front skin. I removed my 1/8” spacer so that the canopy would slide all the way closed—or almost closed. I marked a line down the edge of top skin where it meets the skirt. Trimmed the skin with the dremel—also removed the pesky little tab at the bottom of the skin. Checked fit again and marked a line down the edge of the skirt. Sanded the skirt down to the line. Still need to trim just a bit more, but getting close to a good fit.
