Trimmed both sides of the canopy to almost even with the bottom of the frame from the front to the back where the tube tapers to a smaller diameter. I wasn’t satisfied with the markings I originally made at the back so I ran a new line of tape around the back—will cut this tomorrow. After I trimmed the sides, I sanded until they were smooth. However, I want to make a final sanding and edge polishing before calling it done. Trim & sand, trim & sand—at least I think I’m about to finish with the trim portion.
