Worked on the right rail tonight. I did a repeat of the last night by making a doubler for the fuse where the hole was not lined up well. Flush riveted the doubler to the underside of the fuse where the rail screws down. Trimmed the aft end of the rail to match the curve of the fuselage. Drilled a hole in the top of the rail for access to the rear screw. Drilled all holes up to #30. Ran the canopy frame back and forth and decided it rolls ok—actually rolls smoother with a very slight downward pressure on the frame. Checked the rear of the frame and it still needs to be lowered about 1/8”. Thought I already had that done—the canopy frame fairy must have sprung it back just to mess with my mind.
