Brief Description:  Canopy side rails-2

More work on the left rail tonight. For the one wayward hole, decided I really didn’t want to put another hole in the rail. So, I made a small doubler out of .032 to back up the area in the fuse that would have a new hole. Made a template out of .025 first since I will need one on the right side also. Match drilled to the fuse, countersunk with the pneumatic squeezer, primered and squeezed in a couple of rivets. Before installing the rail again, I also drilled a hole in the top of the rail over the aft hole for access to the screw. Installed the rail with clecoes and used the rail as a guide to drill a new hole thru the fuse and doubler. Drilled all of the holes up the #30. I will get the right rail to this point before opening the holes to #19 for the #8 screws.
