Started on the 803 side rails tonight. I cut the right rail to 45 15/16” per the drawings. Manual is not much help here—takes careful study of the plans. The measurements for length is on the top side of the rail—note that the rear portion of the rail is cut at an angle. Hmm, time out while I re-install the roll bar. Ok, with the roll bar installed, I placed the right rail in position and marked for the relief cut where the rail overlaps the roll bar flange. Made the relief cut using the dremel with cut off wheel. Cleaned up and clamped rail in position—fits ok. Cut the left rail to length, placed in position and marked for the relief cut.
