Another mini project—match reamed ¼” the two holes thru the FSTS635-1 tail wheel spring and the WD101 mount base. Cleaned up, scuffed up and primered the stinger, mount base and the VA154S steering arm . Assembled the stinger and mount base and torqued the nuts on the AN3 bolts. Greased up the WD102 axle/fork and the key slide & spring, then inserted into the base. Installed the steering arm and added a nut & washer. Torqued the nut. Added the 6” tailwheel and secured with a bolt & castle nut. Will add a cotter pin and done!
