Been out of the shop for awhile—had to attend an annual single pilot recurrent school for the Citation. Today, good friend Richard C. (RV-7A builder) came by to help me finish the comm. antenna doublers. I used a dimple die in the gun with the female die in a block. I used the gun for a couple of hits while Richard backed up the skin on the inside with the block. Then we clecoed the doublers in place and riveted them to the skin. Turned out well. I inverted the fuse and stuck the antennas on—think this should work just fine. Removed the antennas and moved to storage.
