Drilled the left and right doublers to the fuse floor skin to #41—well most of them—had to use a long #40 drill to get some of the holes near the spar and side. Wallowed out one hole on the right side, so drilled it up to #30 and will use oops rivet for that hole. Also match drilled the antenna mounting holes and the coax connector hole to #19. Then I opened the center hole up to ¼”. Removed the right doubler, deburred both doubler & skin, then used the pneumatic squeezer to dimple the doubler. Hmmm, meant to put a bend in the aft end before dimpling. I was able to turn the doubler around in the brake and still make the bend. Used the unibit to drill the coax connector hole to 9/16” in both the doubler and the fuse floor skin. Next, I’ll clean up the left doubler & skin, then I need to dimple the floor skin.
