Added a couple of AN816-4D fittings to the inlet of the valve body. Coated the threads with Permatex thread sealant before installing. Added two AN 914-1D elbows to the outlets followed by AN816-4D fittings, then installed the valve body to the mount. With the brake valve mounted, I made a couple of additional bends in the left line and made a final cut to proper length. Added fittings and flared the line. Coated the fittings with Easy Turn fuel lube and screwed everything together. Used the flats method to torque the fittings. Drilled a 1/16” pilot hole, followed by a #19 bit in the gear tower. Secured the line with an Adel clamp. Moved to the right side—pretty much a repeat of the left except much easier to work inside the tower (left side has battery cable and fuel line inside).
