Finished match drilling the bolt holes in the valve body to the mounting bracket. Laid out a piece of 2”x1.5”x1/8” angle to use as a stop for the open and close range of the plunger lock. Hacksawed and trimmed until I got the shape I wanted, then match drilled the valve body to the piece of angle. Marked the open and closed position of the valve body arm and drilled holes for the plunger to engage in. Drilled some #40 holes along the top of the mounting bracket for additional rivets to attach to the “floppy” bulkhead. Next up is clean up, primer & rivet--then I can run the brake lines.
