Brief Description:  Fuel line plumbing-2

Continued with fuel lines. I got the fuel line from the right side bent and connected to the Andair valve. Hard to believe that I spent over an hour getting only one end done. I installed & removed at least a dozen times before finally getting it lined up. Part of the issue was that I left the entire line intact—still partially coiled on one end. I had no idea how much to cut off anyway—didn’t want it cut too short and didn’t want too long either--more waste. So, I struggled along with a coil on the end that needs to exit the fuse to the fuel tank. Finally got the right side bend to the proper shape. After I made the last bend, I was able to insert the fuel line (fuel valve side first) thru the fuselage hole on the right side. Cut off leaving 3.25” inches extending outside. Next—those pesky adel clamps!
