Brief Description:  Forward Top Skin-4

Continued with deburring the F821 skin-did the outside skin. Used an edge rolling tool to put a small bend in sides of the skin so that it will lay flat against the fuselage skins. Scuffed all of the rivet lines on the inside of the skin. Dimpled 3/32” all of the holes in the F821 skin except for the sides—want one more trial fit to be sure I have enough bend on the edges before dimpling holes in the sides. Used the pneumatic squeezer for most holes and DRDT-2 for the holes the squeezer wouldn’t reach. Deburred and dimpled F821b aft baggage door support strip and the left and right F8104 support ribs. At this point I plan not to dimple F821c forward baggage door support strip, the front of the F821 skin and the firewall. I plan to wait on dimpling until after the cowl attach strip is match drilled with the parts. I deburred and dimpled the F803c instrument panel flange and the F866b upper forward baggage bulkhead Deburred the firewall assembly. Clecoed the F873H spacer to the top of the F873G hinge support and countersunk the F873H. I fit a piece of wood inside the hinge support and drilled 2 holes in the wood-put a cleco thru the assembly into the wood and machine c/s the other hole. Repeat until all holes had a c/s. The wood acted as a pilot to keep the c/s tool from chattering. Ready to install the F821 skin and check for final fit.
