Brief Description:  Manual aileron trim-2

Clamped the F8119a mounting plate in position and match drilled to F860a and F804n spar cap. There are already 2 existing holes in the F805 which need to be match drilled to the mounting plate. Problem is a right angle drill won’t fit between the F805 and the fuselage side skin, even with a short stubby bit. So, I made a hole duplicator from a scrap rudder stiffener. Drilled a #19 hole in the stiffener, and dropped a #8 screw thru the hole. Clamped the stiffener to the F805 at one end, removed the screw and slipped the mounting plate under the stiffener. Then I drilled thru the stiffener and mounting plate. Fortunately, the hole was perfectly lined up with the existing hole in the F805. Repeated the process for the other hole. Shot some primer on the mounting plate. While that was drying, I used a nutplate jig to drill holes for the 7 nutplates, then I counter sunk for NAS rivets. Used the squeezer to set rivets for 2 of the nutplates. Will get the rest tomorrow.
