Brief Description:  Manual aileron trim-1

Started on manual aileron trim installation. I’m going with manual for a couple of reasons ; cost, it’s a simple system, no wiring needed, not sure how much aileron trim is really needed. I can always add a servo down the road if I find it is something I really need. Cut the F8109 slide tube to length, drilled holes for spring attachments, slotted end for the connector plate and added a couple of cotter pins for spring attachment. Enlarged the snap bushing using a pointed stone on the dremel. Deburred all parts, cleaned and shot with primer. Added a nutplate to the F8119c anchor bracket. Used the F8109 tube guide to match drill rivet holes thru the F814R seat rib, then riveted the F8109 tube guide to the seat rib using LP4-3 blind rivets and added the snap bushing. Drilled the F8119d friction block to the F8111 support bracket, added two nut plates to the bracket. Riveted the F8119c anchor bracket to the F8111 support bracket. Used the supplied drill guide template to drill holes in the F814L seat rib, then riveted the F8111 support bracket to the seat rib using LP4-3 blind rivets.
