Cleaned up the edges of the F873L lock arm. Cut the F873K pins from a length of aluminum tubing per plans. Drilled holes in the end of each pin to 1/16”, then drilled up to 1/8”. Cut a slot with hacksaw, then used a thin file to open the slot to 1/16”. Radiused the ends of the pins. Opened up the snap bushings using a step bit which I turned by hand. Then opened them up very slightly with a pointed stone in the dremel until the pins slid thru with little friction.
