Happy New Year everyone! Clecoed the F873E outboard rib to the F873A door skin. Builders manual suggests to back rivet the rib to skin, but I used the pneumatic squeezer on all but one rivet, which I did back rivet. Clecoed the F873F angle and F873J hinge to the skin. Began clecoeing the F873B & C ribs to the skin when I discovered a problem. Should have left the outboard holes open on the F873E rib—the F873B & C ribs tie into the ends of the F873E rib—duh! Drilled out 2 nicely set rivets. Moved to the other end and squeezed the rivets to join the hinge and angle to the skin. Sure do like that pneumatic squeezer. Next up-rivet the F873B & C ribs to the door skin.
F873E rib riveted to skin-see the rivet at the end that shouldn't be?
