Brief Description:  Forward Baggage Door-5

Finished deburring all of the baggage door parts. Scuffed up all the parts, then dimpled most of the #40 holes with the pneumatic squeezer. There was one hole in the outer door skin above the latch attachment that I had to use the DRDT-2 dimpler to reach. Had to be very careful using the pneumatic squeezer on the F873B & C ribs. The yoke and female dimple die just fit on the inside of the rib, so took a very very slow squeeze to insure the male dimple die fit into the intended hole—would be very easy to punch a new hole in the ribs. Machine countersunk the #40 holes in the F873F angle. Dimpled the #30 holes in the outboard flange of the F873D inner door skin and the F873E rib. Cleaned with MEK, Dawn soap and MEK again. Shot everything with NAPA 7220 primer.
