Brief Description:  Forward Top Skin-2

Edge finished the F873G1 hinge support and the F873H spacer. Clecoed this assembly into the F821 skin, as well as to the firewall and the forward baggage bulkhead. Match reamed #41 the F821 top skin to the instrument attach flange, the upper forward baggage bulkhead, the firewall and the F873G1 hinge support with spacer. Lots of moving clecoes around and lots of holes to ream. Removed the hinge support and dimpled #30 the holes in the forward tab. I was able to dimple the two matching holes in the firewall using a longeron yoke on the pneumatic squeezer. Clecoed the hinge support back into the top skin. Edge finished the left and right F8104 forward skin support ribs. Marked a line on the rib so as to not exceed the minimum edge distance. Positioned the ribs against the skin and the windscreen support. Checked minimum edge distance—good to go, so I match drilled 3/32” the skin to the ribs. Then I went back and match reamed these holes to #41.
