Ordered some aluminum vents from Stein, so panel is on hold for now. Received some tie down rings today, so I began to fab an attachment to mount the rings to the bulkhead gusset. I used a piece of aluminum which was left over from the throttle cable anchor. Drilled a 5/16” hole in the center of the plate, then tapped for the tie down ring. Secured the plate with the tie down ring and match drilled #41 holes to secure the plate with rivets. Still need to trim up the plates a bit.
