Finally got the rudder stop for the right side filed—file, measure angle, measure distance between rudder & elevator. Repeat-repeat-repeat—you get the idea. Min/max deflection is 30 to 35 degrees. I drew a 33 degree angle on a piece of paper and cut it out to use in measuring deflection. Best I can tell, I am right at 33 degrees deflection and 1.3” from the elevator (minimum distance to elevator is 1”). Could probably go 34 degrees and get closer to the 1” minimum, but I think I’ll leave it here for now. Hope the left side goes a bit faster.
