Installed the WD804 rudder pedals onto the WD816 rudder slide and added the nylon WD874 slide blocks. Drilled thru the nylon blocks into the WD816 slide. Removed, deburred, applied a thin coating of grease, reinstalled the pedals to the slide and bolted the blocks to the slide. Used the F8103E lock pin hole in theWD816 slide as a guide to drill into the WD817 bar for the adjustment holes . Deburred the WD820 brake pedals and added them to the rudder bars. Installed the brake master cylinders to the lugs on the slide bar. Separated the F8103c spacers, deburred, reamed to #30. Deburred and reamed to #30 the F8103b lifter plates and the F8102 cable release plate. Next up-primer then rivet the spacers, lifter plates and cable release plate.
