Still waiting on a parts order so that I can finish up the fuel valve install and the throttle installation. Dug out the F635 bellcrank parts. Separated the parts and edge finished with the scotchbrite wheel. Clecoed the two halves together along with the VA-146 bearing and the F635B spacer. Match drilled all holes to #30. Next, I marked the location of the hole where the a/p servo arm attaches. Center punched, then drilled one of the bellcrank parts to #40. Clecoed both halves together and match drilled the #40 hole to #30, and finally to #13. Took apart the bellcrank and reamed the holes to #12 for the AN3 bolts. I don’t have the servo mounting kit yet, but downloaded the drawings from Dynon in order to drill the attachment holes before riveting the halves together. Scuffed up the parts and cleaned with MEK and soap. Taped the center of the bearing—don’t want primer inside-then gave everything a shot of primer.
