Clamped the doubler strips to the baggage shelf. Used the Whitney punch to transfer the holes in the doublers to the shelf. Cut the hinge to length. Have been carefully trimming the edge of the doublers so that the hinge will fit--this required removing the doublers, filing just a bit re-installing. Repeat, repeat , repeat. Spent a great deal of time on this mod and have a ways to go.
