Clecoed F830B-1 stiffener and F805C-1 support to the F829A-1 front seat floor. Then installed the front seat floor and secured with 4 screws. Match drilled #19 thru the front seat floor and support bracket into the F805D brackets. Removed the front seat floor. Drew a centerline on the bottom half of the front seat floor hinge. Used this line as a guide to match drill the front seat floor to the hinge.
