Rounded the corners of the plexi lens, well 3 corners, then my band sander crashed. Most of my time this evening was spent trying to resurrect the ageing beast. Still on its last leg, at best. Lasted long enough to finish trimming the plexi. Then I made the tape handle to pull the lens into the wing for drilling.
