Brief Description: R Wing skin prep

Finished deburring the right outboard skin. Countersunk for NAS rivets to attach nutplates around the inspection panel. Next up is edge finishing. Current plan is to get both left and right skins prepped, then set up the DRDT-2 for dimpling.
