I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut the lens to the width per instructions. Then I rounded off the corners on my belt sander and smoothed the edges with fine sandpaper. Made a little handle out of filament tape and inserted the lens cover into the wing to see how this is going to work. Fit is ok and looks like pulling the lens tight with the tape will work. Tomorrow night maybe I can drill thru the wing and plexi for the mounting holes. Will need Nancy to hold the wing from sliding around on the table while I pull on the tape handle and drill holes.
