Marked both ribs for location of nutplates for attachment of the light bracket. Drilled holes for screw attachment to #30, then clecoed nutplates to ribs and drilled the rivet holes to #40. Opened up the #30 holes to #12, then deburred the ribs. Used the pop rivets supplied with the Duckworks kit to attached the 4 nutplates to the ribs. Test fit the light bracket in the wing—looks like it should work ok. This seemingly simple process sure took a lot of time. Up next is trimming and drilling the plexi lens cover.
