Cut the aluminum lines to the pitot tube about 4” shorter, and flared the ends. I think this length will work out much better. I have some fuellube and selffusing silicone tape on order to finish up the lines for the pitot tube. Then I began pulling the black corregated conduit thru the wing rib holes I had previously opened up with a step drill. The first section thru the ribs where the wing is open was not too bad. However , I now have a new “least favorite” task in the build---far surpassing deburring! I have pulled, pushed, coaxed, threatened, etc but installing the conduit in the closed section of the wing has been a real bear! Hope to be done with conduit on the left wing in a couple more hours (probably wishful thinking!).
