Match reamed W-413 bracket to left wing rear spar. Coutersunk holes in W-413A, W-413B plates and the W-413C angle. Took apart both L & R W-413 brackets and scuffed them with a maroon pad. Notes on the plans indicate the plates do not need to be primed, but most builder’s sites show them primed. There is also a note indicating maximum gap between the mating parts is .025. Pretty sure lightly sprayed primer won’t violate that note. Had an order at Van’s, so I called and added the W-413c angle (the one with c/s on each end-see prior log entry). After looking at the location of where the flush rivet would be driven, decided an AN470 rivet would be easier to set. Also unpacked and inspected the flaps and ailerons tonight. Quality looks good.
