Match reamed W-414 bracket to right wing rear spar. Had to slightly radius the end of the W-413C and W-414C angles where they nest against the upper wing skin in order for them to lay flat. Marked which holes need to be countersunk in W-413 and W-414 brackets. Used microstop countersink to c/s holes in the W-413B plate and the W-414A plate. Used a deburr tool in a cordless screwdriver to c/s the holes in the W-413C and the W-414C angles. Match reamed the W-413 and W-414 brackets for the left wing.
