Tonight I spent some time in the shop trying to figure out how I want to attach the F868 fairing at the rear of the fuse. After much head scratching and staring at the back of the plane,I decided to attach the fairing at the very aft end of the longeron and in the center of the removable inspection plate. I was just about to drill a couple of holes in the longeron, but then decided I should mount an elevator and get the cutout for the elevator horn made before I started drilling holes.
