Drilled the hinge attach points on the H.S. to #13, the used a #12 reamer to finish the holes. Used Avery alignment pins to hang the elevators on the horizontal stabilizer. Trimmed the ends of the H.S. skins so that the counterweights would swing freely. Clearance on each end between h.s. skin and counterweight looks good. Elevator horns don’t line up exactly, but close enough. I understand this is fairly common on many of the tail sections.
