R. Elevator-used a 10cc syringe to add the RTV into the trailing edge/stiffener area. Worked quite well—much better than the rudder. I added the lead counterweight to the c/w skin and held it in place with some large clecoes while I wrestled the skeleton inside the skin. Clecoed the skin to the skeleton and started riveting the leading edge to the spar. Began in the center and worked outward toward each end. Got a total of 22 rivets squeezed tonight.
The syringe worked quite well!
