Brief Description: Elevators-Prepare ribs

Fluted 703 & 704 ribs, clecoed together and match drilled. Clecoed the rib assembly to the 702 spar and match drilled. Did this for both left & right sides. Right side-clecoed 709 root rib to 702 spar and match drilled.
