Used band sander to cut down tapers to line, then finished on scotchbrite wheel. Clamped 814 in vise with wood blocks and made 6 degree bends—checked with protractor. Repeat for 810. Bent spar ends to 6 degrees. Clecoed 810 and 814 into spar. Clamped ends of 810 and 814 to spar and drilled using into spar using #30.
