Drilled out all of the flush rivets on rear spar. No problems, just slow work. Drilled each rivet with 1/16” bit all the way thru. Checked to see how close to center hole in rivet was. Then drilled again with 5/64” or 7/64” depending on whether hole was exact center or slightly off center. Drilled head of rivet with 1/8” drill—very shallow. Popped head off with punch. Grabbed tail of rivet with small wire cutter pliers and pulled out. All holes still look good.
