Brief Description:  Attach aileron controls, flap pushrods, pull wires

I retrieved the right hinge pin retainer and screw from down inside the flap, then installed to secure the hinge pins. I installed a new NAS1304-50 wing spar bolt to replace the one I had dinged up earlier. Torqued the nut and marked with torque seal. This went in much easier than earlier—probably due to the fact that the rest of the bolts had been tightened and torqued. Then, I connected the flap pushrods to the flap actuator. I’ll leave the bottom connection until I pick up some Loctite. Next, I connected the aileron/stick push rods to the aileron bellcranks, installed the hardware per the drawings, torqued and marked the nuts. Then, I climbed back into the cockpit and connected the other ends to the control column. I used temp bolts for this until I can verify aileron alignment—I had done this before, but wanted one more check before calling it finally done. Next, I began pulling wires out to the wing tips—started with the right side. I pulled the roll servo wiring back into the fuse—I had pulled it out while installing wing bolts. Then, I pulled the two wires for the landing light from the fuse out to the wing tip. On the left side, I pulled the two wires for the taxi light and the RG400 coax for the NAV antenna out to the wingtip. Tomorrow, I’ll get the nav/strobe wires pulled, then I can start getting terminals installed.
