I used the same poster board template to modify the rib for the left tip—just filled it over. I cut, then bent the new rib to shape. I laid out hole locations on the tip for the rib attachment. I made a small drill guide to keep the holes in the glass from wandering. Then, I used side clamps to hold the rib in position while I match drilled thru the fiberglass tip.
