Brief Description:  Glassed inside or R. tip, drilled L. tip

I removed the right wing tip—my glassing of the outside locked the tip into alignment with the aileron. Now I can reinforce the inside without fear of the tip changing shape. I cut 4 strips of glass cloth to add to the inside of right wing tip, then mixed up some resin. I scooped in resin in the joint of the two halves of the tip, then added the strips of glass cloth—used a 1/8” dowel to stick the cloth down into the joint. Looks like it should be plenty strong. While the resin was curing, I laid out the holes in the p3 hinges, center punched and drilled them on my drill press. I clecoed the p4 hinge to the tip flange, then added the p3 hinge and secured with the piano wire. I used my angle attachment and match drilled thru the p3 into the fiberglass tip. Did this for both top and bottom of the wing tip.
