I clecoed the right wing tip back onto the right wing and match drilled into the fiberglass flange all of the extra holes that were added to the wing skin. I removed the tip and measured for the upper and lower hinge piece—cut the hinges to proper length. I clamped the wider p4 hinge to the bottom wing skin and left 1/8”of the flange extending past the edge of the wing skin-this will place the hinge eyelets inside the tip. I used side clamps down the length of the skin/hinge—drilled, clecoed, moved clamps until I got all of holes drilled to the hinge. Next I drew some lines on the fiberglass tip from the existing holes in the flange. These will be used during the layout of the holes to be drilled into the narrower p3 hinge.
