I sanded the drywall mud from the other three pant parts, then brushed on a 50/50 mixture of epoxy/MEK and squeeged with a credit card. After these dried, I lightly sanded with 400 grit and shot a coat of sanding primer—the two front halves look good, but the left rear half has about 3 pin holes. I’ll try to hit just the spots on this half rather than take it down to the glass and start over. I very lightly sanded the front halves and shot another coat of sanding primer. I’ll go over these with some very fine paper tomorrow and shoot some primer on them. The right rear half may need to be re-done. It just has too many areas of multiple pin holes. At least I think I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
