I bent some .032 to attach the forward left baffle to the left air ramp, punched some holes, then match drilled in place. Next, I fabbed a piece of .032 angle to attach the #2 side baffle to the air filter bracket. I punched some 3/32” holes, clamped in place and match drilled the assembly. Then, I drilled everything up to 1/8”, removed all the parts and started on nutplate mounts. I drilled up the attach points to #19, and used a jig to drill the holes to attach nutplates. Then I lightly countersunk for NAS flush rivets. I still need to make up some hold down plates to keep the air filter in place, but it’s getting there.
